PKD was conceived by Pete Kelsey in 1988, following eight years working for MCA / Universal Music as Head of the Art Department. Initially focussed on the record industry, the studio has widened its scope in recent years to include commissions for a variety of businesses, from restaurant groups and property developers, to fashion and media companies.

Much of our work is the development of fully integrated campaigns which utilise our skills over a broad range of design disciplines; print graphics, packaging, interiors and web design.

We also offer comprehensive management and strategic planning for rebranding projects of any scale and many of our clients retain our services as on an ongoing basis as their brand guardians to ensure consistent application across all media.

We have a small team based at our studio in Ladbroke Grove supported up by a network of graphic designers, web programmers and photographers who contribute to the ongoing success of our business. This flexibility allows us the freedom to work on many varied projects with our passion for great design and effective communication uniting us.
