We created the initial brand identity for Brasserie Blanc, a chain of French brasseries fronted by Michelin-starred chef and restauranteur, Raymond Blanc. The immediate requirement was to design a logo style and menu format which elevated the concept beyond the accepted format for this type of restaurant. We created a brand identity which references French modernism, softened by informal black and white imagery and the classic brasserie colour palette of burgundy and mustard, and worked with the group for 8 years across all aspects of their visual identity including online, packaging, interiors and marketing support.

The group has now expanded to 20 restaurants and following a strategic review at the end of 2014 we have moved aside to work on the rapidly expanding White Brasserie pub group owned by the same parent company.
