Care Your Way provide a comprehensive range of quality, professional, responsive, flexible and cost-effective services to help people remain independent in their own homes.

Following our work with Hc-One and Newcare, we were approached by Care Your way to develop their online presence. They required a sleek, professional public face for the company that would grow with them, showing off the high level of their care provision and providing reassurance for their prospective clients and their families.

Our previous experience in developing healthcare websites proved to be a bonus, giving us insights into some of the more complex issues involved. The site had to be simple to use but complex in terms of what it delivered, and it had to cater to a diverse bunch of users, including the older generation and concerned relatives searching for care, nurses and cares looking for jobs, and investors and media looking for information and press releases. Crucially, we needed to develop an overall vision for the company whilst retaining a distinctly local feel for each office. Each office operates as a service centre in it’s own right so we need to create both a corporate website and individual, content-rich microsites for each service location.

PKD partnered with Intone Films to help deliver this vision, they produced a series of short introductory videos as well as photography of staff and carers at each location under our art direction. We provided the design and technological development for the site, designing and building core content management tools and workflows to deliver the best possible user experience, plus all aspects of project management and strategic leadership. The finished site is a streamlined and transparent user experience that delivers complex information clearly to the people who need it. Key features include;

• Custom-drawn maps for each location showing geographic reach and nearby office locations.
• Clear and easy-to-find information on each service location.
• Teams within the organisation are now able to update their parts of the website individually using the bespoke CMS.
• A focus on new company branding and messaging.
• Content that demonstrates the quality of the new leadership.
