Following a successful first round of investment we were asked by clients Villafont Homes to rebrand their luxury development ‘Downtown Manchester’. This collection of 364, 1, 2 and 3 bed apartments situated close to city centre was marketed in the first phase to overseas investors so the focus was on selling Manchester as both a destination and investment opportunity, and the quality appeal of the development as a whole.

We created this 48 page premium quality brochure with gold foil block cover, commissioned the location photography and created all illustrations in-house. Upon launch all available units were sold off-plan and the development is now underway. Late in 2106 we created all marketing signage which wraps the site.

Throughout 2017 we expect to develop the marketing further with a focus on the domestic market, plus development of their online presence.
