I first encountered Planeta wines at a Sicilian restaurant in Marylebone Village during the dog days of my time at Universal Music. I got to know the owner, and his wine merchant and by and by started ordering Planeta wines, reputedly some of the best from the Island. Fast forward nearly 25 years and I’m here at the Winery for a tasting - tutta bene!
