Willesden CC

I joined Willesden Cycle Club back in 2011 to help with my preparations for that year’s Paris Brest Paris cycle event, a 1200km, non-stop tear-up to the tip of Brittany and back again. Aided by a few old hands and seasoned campaigners, I finished the event with plenty of time in hand. So began my fascination with long distance cycling and endurance events which continues to this day.

It was with great pleasure then to be invited to design a cap for the club to celebrate their centenary year. A handsome addition to my collection which i will wear with pride on the club’s new 300km audax event this weekend.
