In June 2022 I took on the inaugural Transalp 1200, a bike ride through northern Italy, Austria and Slovenia. The 1250km event started and finished in Verona and took in the South Tirol, the Sillian and Julian Alps along the way.

Popped out at the end of the day with the decent camera and headed down to the river at Stand in the Green in Chiswick. I usually find myself here in the summer having a quick pint or two at the City Barge - something to look forward to when normality returns but nonetheless, it’s still a decent spot to take the air.
