With all the doom and gloom around it’s reassuring to know that we are still busy with projects large and small - over the next few months we are working on the branding of a creperie, designing a new cocktail bar in Covent Garden and the expansion of the Brasserie Blanc brand as it doubles in size to over 20 units by the Summer. Following our digital work for II Baretto, we’ll be creating a new site for their Banca restaurant in Mayfair, due to open in the spring. Onto healthcare, where we expect to launch the HC-One website by March, our largest digital project to date with over 240 individual location listings, full CMS, location specific services and content. Then there are the cycling projects, the BT online and offline initiatives and the launch of a new footwear brand later this year. With all that to look forward, crossing the Pyrenees by bike in June this year (740km, 14000m ascent, 100hours) looks like a piece of cake.

Our work over at sister company Milltag has been a lovely diversion, creating work for own pleasure without the pressures of client’s requirements and restrictions. However, we always hoped that we could align the two companies and create a ‘ground-up’ branding campaign for a suitably forward thinking bike manufacture. Well, we think we may have found one, and the results should be on display in March at the Bespoked Bristol show…watch this space

Our work with BT on their ‘Road to 2012′ continues apace, we’ve now worked up over 10 of the test events into the book format with more to be included shortly. We’re also looking at an online, user-generated content version of the book to make available during the actual event itself (we’re not allowed to state what it is, the big thing happening in London this Summer). Next up is the track cycling test event at the Velodrome, where i’m providing ‘vital’ art direction trackside. I’ll bring my bike just in case…
