In June 2022 I took on the inaugural Transalp 1200, a bike ride through northern Italy, Austria and Slovenia. The 1250km event started and finished in Verona and took in the South Tirol, the Sillian and Julian Alps along the way.

A long weekend away with friends riding the King Alfred Way - a new 350km off-road circular route via Reading, Petersfield, Salisbury & Wantage. A relatively easy start with a sting in the tail, a photo from the woods nearby the Devils Punchbowl. Tomorrow, the South Downs Way awaits.
