Victoria North

A new development for the McGoff Group, this one won’t be ready until 2026 but the branding is already complete. A new-build scheme of 237 apartments on Rochdale Rd, north of Manchester. We’ve gone for a chunky font married with an arrow motif for the launch graphics.

Back in 2017 at the launch of the ‘Downtown’ project we created a composite graphic for ‘Still Shaping Manchester’s Sykyline’ and we’ve updated that concept with the latest CGI and branding for Downtown Victoria North.
