A Christmas Day tradition for the hardy few - a chilly swim in the Serpentine, Hyde Park. Today I settled for a brisk walk around the lake before the feasting begins.
In June 2022 I took on the inaugural Transalp 1200, a bike ride through northern Italy, Austria and Slovenia. The 1250km event started and finished in Verona and took in the South Tirol, the Sillian and Julian Alps along the way.
