Park Royal used to be famous for the Guiness Brewery, now sadly long gone. Nowadays the most familiar landmark is the giant Asda. Onwards then, into a another week.
In June 2022 I took on the inaugural Transalp 1200, a bike ride through northern Italy, Austria and Slovenia. The 1250km event started and finished in Verona and took in the South Tirol, the Sillian and Julian Alps along the way.
