The White Brasserie Co (TWBC) is the latest venture for the group behind Loch Fyne Restaurants and Brasserie Blanc and once again I was involved at the inception of this brand. I developed the unique identities for each location, based on simple, elegant illustrations and a muted colour palette of putty and bitter chocolate. We commissioned a set of images for the interior wall dressings, taken on location at the Hook Norton brewery.
